01 · How do I buy a panel?
Pick a panel from the store, click Buy Panel and sign in. Upload your bank transfer slip — our AI verifier reviews it within minutes and a license key is delivered to your account automatically.
02 · Where do I find my license key?
Sign in and open My Orders. Verified orders display your license key and a secure download button. Pending orders show a status indicator until verification completes.
03 · My payment wasn't verified — what now?
If the AI sends your slip to manual review, give the team up to 12 hours to confirm. Make sure the slip clearly shows the amount, date and recipient. Reupload a clearer image if requested.
04 · Can I use one license on multiple devices?
Each license is bound to a single device fingerprint. Need to migrate to a new phone or emulator? Open a ticket on Discord — we'll reset the binding once per 30 days at no cost.
05 · Game updates broke my panel
Patches happen. We typically push an updated build within 24–48 hours of a major Free Fire update. Active license holders get the new build automatically from the download link in My Orders.
