Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

SENUXZ XITERS panels are digital products with instant license delivery. Once an order is placed and the license key is issued, the purchase is non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• License keys are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once activated.
• Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
• This policy protects us from fraud and license sharing.

Please read the panel description carefully and ask any questions on our Discord #support channel before completing your payment. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted this no-refunds policy.

If your panel stops working due to a game update or a bug on our side, we will release a fix or updated build — at no additional cost — instead of issuing a refund. Active license holders receive updates automatically through My Orders.
