01 · What we collect
- Account info: username, email address, hashed password.
- Order info: payment slips you upload, bank reference numbers, order status.
02 · How we use it
- To verify payments and deliver license keys.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and license sharing.
- To provide customer support when you contact us.
03 · Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payment verification) required to operate the service, and when legally compelled by Sri Lankan authorities.
04 · Retention
Account and order data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for audit and tax purposes. Payment slips are stored encrypted and purged after 12 months.
05 · Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us on Discord. We will respond within 30 days.
06 · Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising trackers are used on this site.
